Where do I find my IPTV login details?
They are sent to the email address you used for the trial or order, usually within minutes of activation. The message lists the server URL, username, password and M3U link. Check the spam folder before contacting support.
Which IPTV player should I use?
OTT Navigator on Fire TV, XCIPTV on Android TV, iMPlayer on iPhone and Apple TV, and VLC or MyIPTV Player on Windows. All of them accept the same Xtream Codes login, so you can switch later without losing access.
What internet speed do I need for IPTV?
Around 15 Mbps for Full HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K per stream. Add the speeds together when several people watch at once, and prefer a wired connection for the main television.
How do I fix buffering on live channels?
Restart the router, move the device to 5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet, set the player buffer to 3–5 seconds, and lock the stream to 1080p if the connection is shared. Most buffering comes from the home network, not the channel.
Can I use one subscription on several devices?
You can install the app on as many devices as you own, but simultaneous streams are limited by your plan — one, two, three or more connections depending on what you ordered.
Why does the channel list show but nothing plays?
Check the username and password letter by letter, confirm the server URL starts with http://, and restart the device. If the account is still pending activation, the player can log in before the line is live.
