Step 1 — Enable Apps from Unknown Sources
  1. 1From your Fire TV home screen, go to Settings
  2. 2Select My Fire TV (or Device on older models)
  3. 3Go to Developer Options
  4. 4Turn on Apps from Unknown Sources and confirm
Step 2 — Install Downloader App
  1. 1Go back to the home screen and open Find → Search (or use the search button)
  2. 2Type Downloader and select the orange & white app
  3. 3Press Download and wait for it to install
  4. 4Open the Downloader app
Step 3 — Install OTT Navigator
  1. 1In Downloader, select the URL box and type: ottnavigator.com
  2. 2Press Go — the OTT Navigator APK will download
  3. 3When prompted, press Install
  4. 4After install, press Open
Step 4 — Add Your BestIPTVX Subscription

Works with Samsung (Tizen OS, 2016+) and LG (webOS, 2016+). Vizio, Hisense and other smart TVs without Android require a sideload method.
For Samsung Smart TV (Smart IPTV App)
  1. 1On your Samsung TV, open the Smart Hub (Apps)
  2. 2Search for Smart IPTV and install it
  3. 3Open Smart IPTV — note your TV's MAC address shown on screen
  4. 4On your phone/computer, go to siptv.eu and enter your MAC address
  5. 5Add your BestIPTVX M3U URL (from your account email) in the URL field and save
  6. 6Back on your TV, press Reload in Smart IPTV — your channels will load
For LG Smart TV (SS IPTV App)
  1. 1Open LG Content Store on your TV
  2. 2Search for and install SS IPTV
  3. 3Open SS IPTV and go to Remote Playlist
  4. 4Enter your BestIPTVX M3U URL and save

📡 Roku Device Setup Guide

Roku has limited IPTV support due to its closed platform. The best option is to use the Roku Media Player or a private M3U channel.
  1. 1On your computer, go to my.roku.com and log in to your Roku account
  2. 2Go to Manage Account → Add Channel with a code
  3. 3Enter the channel code for a compatible IPTV player (we recommend IPTV Smarters or OTT Player)
  4. 4On your Roku device, open the newly added channel
  5. 5Add your BestIPTVX M3U URL from your account email
Note: For the smoothest IPTV experience on a Roku TV, we recommend connecting a Fire TV Stick or Android TV box to the HDMI port — this gives you full Xtream Codes support and a better player experience.

  1. 1On your Formuler/Dreamlink box, open myTV Online 2 (the built-in IPTV app)
  2. 2Press the Menu button and go to App Settings → Portal Setup

  1. 1On your BuzzTV box, open the BuzzTV XRS app
  2. 2Go to Settings → Playlist

🔧 Troubleshooting Tips

  • Check your internet connection. A stable connection of at least 15–25 Mbps is recommended for smooth HD/4K IPTV.
  • Make sure your Xtream Codes credentials (Server URL, Username, Password) are entered exactly as provided — they are case-sensitive.
  • Update your IPTV player app to the latest version to avoid playback and loading issues.
  • Restart your device and reboot your router/modem — this alone solves most buffering issues.
  • If you are using a VPN, try switching to another server or temporarily disable it to test if it resolves the issue.
  • Clear the cache of your IPTV player app, then reopen it and test again.
  • Some internet providers may restrict IPTV traffic. Using a reliable VPN can often help improve access and stability.

About 5 to 10 minutes on most devices. You install a player app, enter your BestIPTVX username and password from your account email, and your channels load automatically. No technician or extra equipment needed.
How do I install IPTV on a Smart TV?

What app do I need to watch IPTV?
Any IPTV player app that supports Xtream Codes will work with BestIPTVX. We recommend OTT Navigator (Fire TV), XCIPTV (Android TV/Phone), and GSE Smart IPTV (Apple). All are free. The best app for your specific device is listed in each guide above.
Do I need an IPTV box?
No. If you already own a smart TV, streaming stick, phone, tablet or computer, you can watch without buying anything new. That said, a Fire TV Stick or Android TV box gives you the best experience on your main TV for around $40–$60.
What internet speed do I need for IPTV?
A stable 25 Mbps connection handles 4K streams comfortably. 10–15 Mbps is enough for HD. Any standard Canadian home internet plan qualifies. A wired Ethernet connection beats Wi-Fi for stability on large screens.
Where do I find my BestIPTVX username and password?
Your Server URL, Username, and Password were sent to your email when you subscribed. You can also find them in your BestIPTVX account dashboard. If you can't find them, contact support and we'll resend them right away.
Can I use BestIPTVX on multiple devices?
Yes! Your BestIPTVX subscription can be used on the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan. You can install the app on as many devices as you want, but can only stream on your active connections at once.
